We’re a handmade jewelry brand based in Pakistan, creating one-of-a-kind pieces for bold, unapologetic vibes. Every item is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail.

- Provide accurate info at checkout (name, address, and phone number – we’re not mind readers, bestie!).  
- Not use our products for resale without permission. We love sharing, but boundaries matter!

Our jewelry is handmade, so slight variations in color, size, or design are normal and part of the charm. Perfection? That’s boring.  

### *4. Shipping & Delivery*  
- We ship across Pakistan and aim to deliver within *5-10 business days*.  
- Delays caused by courier services or meh weather vibes are beyond our control. We’ll keep you posted, though!  
- Double-check your address before placing an order. Wrong info = delays we can’t fix.  

### *5. Payments*  
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), or any other method listed on our site.  
- All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.  

### *6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds*  
- Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy (scroll up for deets!).  
- Refunds for eligible returns are processed within *5-7 business days* after approval.
